Our history and philosophy

The mission of SCM is to offer a means to all individuals to lead an improved life without compromising their freedom and self-reliance. In addition, the company will strive to provide reliable, timely service and ensure that all individuals are treated with the respect and compassion they deserve.

Paul Sin, Stephen Lee and William Gee started the company while Paul Sin was still working for a HME company that only offer oxygen and respitory meds. What we saw was the lack of service in the Chinese Commuity for HME. We contacted a local HMO that was servicing the Chinese Commuity and contracted with them.

SCM is a company that offers a wide range of affordable, essential medical care equipment& supplies that allow patients to continue the quality of life and ensure their preservation of personal dignity. We are committed to being knowledgeable, professional & ethical in order to provide the best service to all our clients. We are constantly in search of discovering the most modern, innovative products in the market and making them accessible to our customers. The company’s primary area of service includes the SF bay area. We will make every effort to assure that our customers are able to have their needs met regardless of financial position.
